Common problems and solutions
1) If the light bar is not lit, check whether all the wiring parts of the light bar are reversed, or the welding is reversed. If it is reversed, it can be replaced. If there is no problem with the wiring, check the pad of the welding wire. It is not soldered up, and repair welding is fine.
2) If some of the lamp beads are not lit, replace them with the manufacturer;
3) If it is found that the brightness of a certain part of the light bar is obviously dark, such as only 30-40% brightness, there are two possible reasons. First, the light strip may be short-circuited, such as a part of the welding line or a short circuit may be caused by parallel connection with the bus; The output power is not enough or the output voltage is not enough. If the output voltage is 12VDC, the test output voltage is only 7-8VDC, and the power supply can be replaced.
